Board Meetings
THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO ATTEND ALL PUBLIC MEETINGS OF THE VANDENBERG VILLAGE COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT
Agendas are posted at the Vandenberg Village branch of the Lompoc Library, 3755 Constellation Road, and at the Vandenberg Village Community Services District office, 3745 Constellation Road.
REGULAR MEETINGS: The regular meetings of the Board of Directors of the Vandenberg Village Community Services District are held on the first Tuesday of each and every calendar month at 7:00 P.M., with exceptions for holidays as provided. Agendas are posted at the above locations at least seventy-two hours before each meeting per Government Code Section 54954.2.
SPECIAL MEETINGS: Special meetings are scheduled as needed. Regular meetings that are held on a day other than the first Tuesday of the calendar month are considered special meetings. Agendas are posted at the above locations at least twenty-four hours prior to each meeting.
COMMITTEE MEETINGS: Committee meetings are scheduled as needed. Agendas are posted at least seventy-two hours before each meeting per Government Code Section 54954.2.
MINUTES: In accordance with California Government Code § 61045, meeting minutes are recorded for all regular and special meetings and approved by the Board of Directors. Committee meeting minutes are not recorded. The minutes posted to this page are DRAFT. A copy of the signed, approved minutes are available upon request.
