Step-by-Step Instructions to
Sign up for E-bill
1. Click on PAY BILL on the menu to the left (a new window will open)
2. Enter your Customer ID and Route Number (click here to see where they can be found on your bill) and click Submit.
3. Click Pay Bill
4. Verify that you want to sign up for the Location listed and click Yes.
5. Input the following information:
Select Check radio button
Auto Payment (if you want your bill automatically paid each month, choose Yes)
Billing Option - Select E-Bill
Your email address (an email address is required, if you do not have one, you can create a free account at http://yahoo.com or http://gmail.com)
Create a password (must be six characters in length)
Reenter the password
Choose password recovery questions from the two pulldown lists and type in the answers.
Mother's Maiden Name
Father's Name
Pet Name
Last 4 digits of Social Security Number
Driver's License Number
Zip Code
6. Click Submit button at bottom of page
Unenroll from E-bill
You must make a payment on your account to unenroll from automatic payments ($1.00 minimum).
Follow the instructions for check or credit card payments and choose Reg Bill under Billing Options in Step 5.
If you prefer, we can reset your account which would require you to reenter your personal information.
Verify enrollment or removal from E-bill
Call the District office at 733-2475 to verify e-bill status.
