Step-by-Step Instructions to
Review Water Usage
1. Click on Manage Account at bottom of page (a new window will open)
2. Enter your Customer ID and Route Number (click here to see where they can be found on your bill) and click Submit.
3. Click Water Usage
4. Click Show in Gallons to convert from CCF to gallons (1 ccf = 748 gallons).
Please note that the meter reads in CCF (hundred cubic feet). Therefore, it takes 748 gallons to cause the meter to move to the next number. As a result, it is very common to have the same water usage amount for subsequent months.
