Your VVCSD online account allows you to pay your bill by check or credit card, sign up for our automatic payment program that allows for you to have your monthly bill automatically deducted from your bank account or charged to your credit card...at no charge to you...sign up for e-bill and have your bill sent to you via email, review your water usage, or review your account detail.
