ACCOUNTANT I (click title for job description)

FULL TIME (40 hours per week) – Under general supervision, perform a variety of basic clerical and semi-skilled clerical and administrative work and perform skilled accounting tasks and routines. Must have experience performing varied customer service, accounting, and administrative support duties. Experience with general ledger and preparation of monthly financial statements is a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and 10-key by touch. Must have previous experience with Windows, bookkeeping, and data processing. The ability to deal with the public is essential. Starting pay $30.19 per hour.
 

PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (click title for job description)

PART TIME (30 hours per week) – 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. – Under general supervision, perform a variety of basic clerical, accounting, and administrative work with extensive customer contact. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and 10-key by touch. Must have previous experience with Windows, bookkeeping, and data processing. The ability to deal with the public is essential. Starting pay $25.50 per hour.
